OHOA INFORMER
The Organization of Homeowners Associations (OHOA) is an advisory organization that was formed in 1978 by a group of HOA board members living in SCW. There are 106 HOAs with 4,507 rooftops representing approximately 7,584 owner members in SCW. We represent approximately 27% of the population of SCW.
MISSION STATEMENT: The Organization of HOAs in SCW mission is to inform, educate, and support all homeowner associations in Sun City West, Arizona.
Thanks to the Interim Community Representatives, Fernwood is once again able to take advantage of their very valuable services which include the OHOA INFORMER.
